SinoCareHub supports international patients who plan to receive medical care in China. Huayitong International Medical Services (Hainan) Co., Ltd. operates the service. We help patients organize medical records and contact hospitals and departments. We submit appointment requests and coordinate medical interpreting and local support. SinoCareHub is not a hospital or medical provider. It does not diagnose, prescribe treatment, or make clinical decisions. It also cannot decide whether a hospital accepts a patient or confirms an appointment.
We understand that patients need confidence about their records and payments. We therefore aim to make every step clear.
- We handle, translate, or share medical records only after the patient provides authorization.
- Before service begins, we explain the service scope and fee structure in writing or electronically. We also identify matters requiring confirmation from a hospital or third party.
- The receiving hospital independently confirms acceptance, appointment timing, medical fees, and treatment plans.
- Hospital charges, SinoCareHub coordination fees, and third-party expenses are explained separately. Third-party expenses may include transportation and accommodation. Patients generally pay hospital charges directly to the medical institution. Any different arrangement should be confirmed in writing by both parties.
Throughout the process, patients should know the current status, next responsible party, and payment recipient. They should also know which outcomes still require hospital confirmation. Authorizations, services, and fee arrangements are confirmed in records that patients can retain. This makes cross-border medical care more transparent and reassuring.
