Lymphoma: long-term ZUMA-5 follow-up

Five-year ZUMA-5 follow-up provides long-term observations in indolent lymphoma. Applicability first depends on the pathological subtype.

Clinical study follow-up

Population and background

Relapsed or refractory indolent non-Hodgkin lymphoma, including follicular and marginal zone lymphomas.

What the evidence shows

ZUMA-5 enrolled 159 patients with relapsed or refractory indolent non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The 2025 five-year analysis reported an overall response rate of 90% and complete response rate of 75%. These are study population results; read follow-up, survival and adverse event information alongside them.

Conclusions that cannot be drawn

ZUMA-5 results cannot serve as a universal efficacy estimate for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. They do not establish that all Chinese patients obtain the same outcomes or payment coverage.

Questions to ask your doctor

Was my lymphoma subtype included in ZUMA-5? Which indication applies to the proposed CAR-T product, and how will adverse reactions be monitored and long-term follow-up arranged?

Sources and scope of interpretation

The following sources support the disease information or explanations of evidence on this page. Access and actual patient acceptance requirements must be checked separately for each region. The information checking date does not indicate review by an external medical expert.

Tell us what help you need

Ask about the costs and arrangements for cancer care. SinoCareHub helps organise records, contact hospitals and follow up on arrangements. The receiving hospital and doctors determine the diagnosis and treatment plan.

Describe your needs in the initial consultation. The team will help organise medical records in subsequent communication.

After you submit, we'll first get in touch to understand your situation. Hospital acceptance, the care plan, and costs will be confirmed later.
